Common questions about the appointment.
WhatsApp is usually faster (fast reply, we coordinate spontaneously). Online booking is better if you want to plan an exact appointment and can't react spontaneously — you see every free time in the next 14 days and book it bindingly.
Flat tire/emergency: 30 min on site. Standard service: 60–90 min. Premium service: 120–150 min. Cargo Large: 3 hours. You don't need to be there — we start alone and message when done.
Up to 2 hours before the slot: free. Within 2 hours: CHF 30 trip flat (we've already loaded the cargo workshop).
Address (street + number), bike type (bike / e-bike / cargo), short description of the problem, preferred time window.
TWINT, card, cash or invoice — you decide on site.
Me (head mechanic) with the cargo bike, or at peak times a mechanic friend. We send you the name and ETA on WhatsApp before the appointment.
